Lets meet with Tanim Hosen
Tanim Hossain, a 9-year-old boy from Shibtala, Chapainawabganj Municipality, was diagnosed with seizures shortly after birth. He received treatment at Chapai Sadar Hospital and was brought home once his condition stabilized. However, despite recovering from seizures, Tanim faces severe behavioral challenges.
He cannot speak and often behaves erratically, running around unpredictably and wandering off without notice. He also has aggressive tendencies and enjoys fighting. As the eldest of two brothers, his condition has placed a heavy burden on his family. His father, Md. Amin Hossain, is a daily laborer, and his mother, Mosammat Beliara Khatun, is a homemaker. Due to his unpredictable actions, Tanim requires constant supervision, as he may break things or get into fights.
With a limited income, his father struggles to provide both for the family and for Tanim’s medical treatment. Fortunately, UHCD Foundation has stepped in to offer modern medical care for him. However, his treatment requires long-term support, and his family is now seeking financial assistance to ensure that he gets the necessary care. They hope that with proper treatment, Tanim can regain stability and lead a more normal life. With the help of generous supporters, a brighter future for Tanim is possible.
