• UHCD FOUNDATION INC is the legal owner of all donations made through the app and is responsible for their usage in charitable programs.

• Personal Information: Name, phone number, country code.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect location data to recommend nearby campaigns.
• Payment Information: All transactions are processed through Apple Pay and Stripe. We do not store any credit card, debit card or bank details.
• Usage Data: Non-identifiable analytics and crash logs to improve app performance.
• Media Access: We access device camera and photo library only for sending donation disbursement photos by our field reps to our registered donors.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Enable and process donations
• Personalize your experience and to inform you about your donation disbursement records
• Comply with legal and tax obligations
• Analyze performance to improve the app

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

• Apple Pay and Stripe, to securely process donations
• Firebase/Google, for analytics and crash reporting
• UHCD FOUNDATION INC, for donation reconciliation and nonprofit reporting

We use encryption, tokenization, and secure servers. Sensitive payment data is handled only by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
