Meet Junaid Islam Roman, a lively 9-year-old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Junaid achieved early milestones like sitting at 10 months, walking at 1 year, and beginning to talk around the age of 2. Physically fit but slightly overweight for his age at 55 kg, Junaid carries his cheerful energy wherever he goes.
He has a natural talent for drawing and enjoys capturing the world through his camera—photography is one of his favorite hobbies. A regular participant in UHCD's Draft Programs, Junaid is always eager to engage and showcase his creativity. Despite his restlessness and habit of talking to himself, he remains a bright and active child.
Junaid is currently under the observation of UHCD Foundation and, receiving dedicated medical care. With continued support, Junaid can harness his talents and overcome the challenges associated with ASD, paving the way for a fulfilling and successful life.
