Our journey begins at the grassroots, where we develop a complete database for children with disabilities in dire need of financial support.

Based on family generated information, the UHCD Foundation's specially designed software, carefully develops a informative profile of the child, determining the interventions required to advance the child's health, treatment and well-being. Once the child's areas of needs are identified, the child's care plan is established and activated.

Starting in poverty-stricken areas of Bangladesh, our goal is to provide assistance for individual needs of these children with disabilities funded through matching sponsors.
