Nazmul Gazi, a 17-year-old boy, has been unable to hear or speak since birth. His world is one of silence, and he studies at a special school for handicapped children in Bakerganj. Although Nazmul is resilient, the inability to express his emotions weighs heavily on him, sometimes causing him to cry out of frustration.
His father, a farmer, works tirelessly to provide for his family, but financial difficulties prevent him from affording the medical care Nazmul needs. Despite these hardships, the family remains hopeful that, with assistance, Nazmul could receive the help necessary to improve his quality of life.
