This is the story of Jonayet, a remarkable 9-year-old boy who has faced overwhelming challenges since birth. Jonayet is hearing impaired and unable to communicate. Despite these obstacles, Jonayet has an extraordinary desire to learn and excel in his studies. He attends Bakerganj Autism School, where his determination shines through in everything he does.
Jonayet is the only child in his family. His mother works as a garment worker to support him, but her modest income is insufficient to cover the costly medical care he requires. Jonayet has been referred to Neuroscience Hospital multiple times for treatment. Still, his family’s financial situation has made it impossible for them to seek the necessary help or even bear the cost of transportation to Dhaka from Barishal.
He dreams of continuing his education and improving his life, but these dreams remain out of reach without proper medical care.
