Born with a hearing impairment that prevents her from hearing or speaking, Tisha has relied on sign language to communicate since childhood. Life hasn’t been easy for her, but her determination speaks louder than words ever could.
Tisha’s world is also shaped by the seizures she’s experienced since birth, making her health even more fragile. Despite these obstacles, she attends Bakerganj Handicapped School, where she learns and interacts with others like her. But behind her school life is a struggle that few can see. Tisha’s father, a laborer, works hard to provide for Tisha and her two siblings, but the family’s financial situation makes it impossible to afford the specialized treatments Tisha desperately needs.
