Lets meet with Efrat Mahmud Tajim
Meet Tajim, a determined 10 year old boy facing several challenges. Tajim has Cerebral Palsy with Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Spastic Quadriparesis, Epilepsy, and microcephaly. These conditions prevent Tajim from walking independently; instead, he moves by crawling using his chest and hands. Tajim's journey began with difficulties from birth. His mother remembers he didn't cry after birth and was immediately admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) due to severe seizures. Despite early medical interventions, Tajim's condition has worsened over time. At ten years old, Tajim's inability to walk remains a significant challenge. Despite seeking treatment in India after exhausting local options, Tajim still faces severe mobility issues. While he has limited verbal communication, his family knows his greatest wish is to walk independently. They believe improved mobility would greatly enhance his quality of life. But they cannot continue Tajim's treatment anymore due to financial restraints. His family is now reaching out for assistance to improve his life. They seek support for specialized medical care, therapies, and equipment that could help Tajim gain mobility and independence. Despite his challenges, Tajim's determination and perseverance inspire everyone around him. Tajim's story highlights the urgent need for compassionate support and specialized care. Your assistance can make a profound difference in Tajim's life, providing him with the opportunity to achieve greater mobility and a brighter future. Join us in supporting Tajim on his journey toward a better quality of life and well-being.
