As a result, Tanim experiences difficulty in performing basic tasks independently, including feeding himself, getting dressed, and moving around. Saliva constantly drips from his mouth, adding to his discomfort and making it even harder for him to interact with others or engage in daily activities. Tanim's family has faced unimaginable challenges. Tragically, his father passed away and his mother left him in the care of his grandparents. Despite his love and devotion, Tanim’s grandfather is unable to provide the necessary medical care, therapies, and treatments that Tanim requires due to their severe financial limitations. As an elderly man, he also struggles with his own health issues, further complicating his ability to care for Tanim properly. The family’s financial situation is dire. His grandfather works tirelessly to meet the bare minimum needs of the household, but his income is insufficient to cover medical expenses, which are crucial for Tanim’s condition. Unfortunately, the cost of therapies and specialized treatment is out of reach for them, leaving Tanim’s condition untreated. Without proper medical intervention, Tanim’s condition is unlikely to improve, and his future remains uncertain. His family shares the hope, and they wish for nothing more than to see him receive the care and treatment that could improve his quality of life.
