Lets meet with Safwan
Meet Safwan, a bright and determined 6-year-old boy living with Cerebral Palsy and Global Developmental Delay (GDD). Safwan faces significant challenges, particularly with walking. His legs don't stay straight, and he struggles with balance, making it difficult for him to move around independently. His developmental milestones, such as holding his head up, crawling, sitting, and standing, were delayed compared to other children. Although Safwan cannot speak clearly, he understands and responds to conversations with those around him.
Safwan’s father is hopeful that therapy could greatly improve his ability to walk and live more independently. Safwan receives care at PG Hospital, where doctors have recommended exercises and special orthopedic shoes to support his mobility. However, the cost of ongoing medical care and therapy is a heavy burden for Safwan's family, making it challenging to provide him with the consistent support he needs.
Safwan’s story is one of resilience and potential. With access to therapy and proper medical care, he has a chance to improve his mobility and overall quality of life. Your generous support can make a significant difference in Safwan’s journey. By contributing, you can help him access the treatments he needs to thrive and bring hope to his family during this challenging time. Let’s come together to support Safwan and help him take steps toward a brighter future.
