Rayhan was diagnosed with CP and has delayed milestones. When he was born, he didn’t cry; he had seizures and breathing problems. He was admitted to the hospital for one week after his birth. Though he is 1 year old, he can’t stand alone, even with support. He hasn’t crawled or flipped over. He started babbling at four months. His father’s earnings are not sufficient to support him.
