Lima is a 17-year-old girl with a kind heart and a gentle smile, but her life has been anything but easy. Since birth, Lima has faced intellectual disabilities and abnormal behavior that make daily life a struggle. These challenges have created barriers not only for her but also for her hardworking family, who have done everything they can to support her.
Her father, a daily wage laborer, is the backbone of the family. He works long hours under the harshest conditions to provide for Lima and her siblings, but his limited income is barely enough to cover their basic needs. Medical care, which could significantly improve Lima’s quality of life, remains a distant dream.
Despite their love and determination, the family is overwhelmed by the growing challenges. Lima’s condition requires specialized care and attention—something her father cannot afford on his modest earnings. Yet, they remain hopeful that someone, somewhere, will extend a helping hand to make a difference.
Lima dreams of a life where she can overcome her limitations, interact more easily with those around her, and experience the joys of independence. With your support, Lima could receive the treatment she needs and her family could find relief from the heavy burden they carry every day.
