Jubayer, a young child diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP), epilepsy, and global developmental delay (GDD), has faced considerable challenges since birth. He had a seizure immediately after birth, and, despite his parents’ hopes, he has not yet been able to sit or walk. His father, who operates a small food shop, struggles to cover the expenses needed for Jubayer’s monthly care and nutrition, which amount to approximately 15,000 BDT—a heavy financial burden for the family.
