Lets meet with Zihad
In the bustling city of Dhaka, Bangladesh, lives seven-year-old Zihad, a resilient young boy with a gentle smile. As the eldest child, Zihad holds a special place in his family, yet he faces challenges that many of his peers don’t. Since birth, Zihad has encountered significant health issues, which have affected both his ability to speak and move. He communicates solely through gestures, while his movements are often clumsy and unsteady.
Zihad’s family, particularly his mother, Ananya Akhtar, has endured a difficult journey. Complications during her pregnancy made Zihad’s arrival fraught with worry, and the years since have been a continuous struggle to manage his health needs. His father, Sujon, works tirelessly selling street food to provide for his family. Despite his hard work, their earnings are just enough to cover their basic needs, leaving little room for Zihad’s necessary medical care and therapies.
Zihad’s family dreams of a better life for him—a life where he can access treatment that could improve his mobility, communication, and overall well-being. With the support of kind-hearted people, there’s hope for Zihad to reach his potential, moving beyond the limitations his condition has imposed on him. Your contribution could open doors for Zihad, providing him the care, support, and opportunities he needs to thrive. Together, we can give Zihad and his family a brighter future.
