She is Rabia. Rabia is 9 years old. Rabea CP is characteristic. No problem was detected after Rabeya's birth but as the days went by, Rabeya's problems became more and more obvious. At the age of 4-5 years Rabia's problem comes to everyone's attention. Rabia's physique was not at all matched for her age. Currently Rabeya cannot walk properly and cannot walk alone. Can't stand up straight. All work has to be done with the help of parents. Rabeya's father says she can talk but doesn't want to respond to words. Rabeya's father also said that she is now having problems with walking. to the UHCD authorities Rabeya's father wants effective action for Rabeya.
