Her physical development has not matched her age, and she faces numerous difficulties in her daily life.
Rabeya cannot walk properly or independently and struggles to stand upright. Every task requires the support of her parents, who tirelessly care for her. While Rabeya can speak, her father shares that she often does not respond to words, adding another layer of concern to her condition. Recently, her mobility issues have worsened, and her family is deeply worried about her future.
Rabeya’s father is appealing to the UHCD authorities for effective measures to help his daughter.
