Lets meet with Tukajjin Abdullah
Tukajjin Abdullah is a 13-year-old boy who looks barely like a 5-year-old due to nutritional deficiency and has been fighting with Cerebral Palsy and Global developmental disorder ever since his birth. He cannot sit, walk around, or communicate with anyone verbally. Even the essential act of eating is difficult, as food often spills back from his mouth when he tries to swallow. His legs are permanently bent, and he has never known the feeling of standing on his own.
He is solely dependent on his mother, who is his constant caregiver and source of strength. "He needs me every minute of the day," she says; her love is immeasurable despite the relentless demands of caring for him. Tukajjin’s inability to move freely has caused deep, painful bed sores along his spine. The sight of these wounds is a heartbreaking reminder of how difficult even rest has become for him.
Yet, his mother carries hope despite these immense challenges. She recently founded the UHCD Foundation, a lifeline for children like Tukajjin. "We came here with hope in our hearts," she shares. "We are seeking their full support."
Tukajjin’s story is not just one of struggle but of hope and the unyielding love of a mother who refuses to give up. With proper support, he can have a better quality of life. We invite you to participate in that change, as your sponsorship can make all the difference in Tukajjin’s life.
