Abdul Waheed Nadim is a brave five-year-old boy living with profound developmental delays. Since the age of five months, Nadim has faced significant challenges in his growth and daily life. He is unable to sit, walk, or hold his head steady, and he experiences excessive salivation, which adds to his difficulties. Despite these obstacles, Nadim’s family remains steadfast in their love and hope for his future.
Nadim's journey toward better health began at Mymensingh Medical College and later continued at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where doctors recommended therapies and ongoing treatments to improve his condition. Currently, Nadim is under the care of UHCD and relies on medication to manage his symptoms. However, the financial strain of his care has placed a heavy burden on his family, who struggle to meet the costs of his treatment.
