Lets meet with Samira Akter
Samira is a 3-year-old adorable girl who faces motor delay challenges. She cannot speak or walk, and her mother noticed these issues a few months after her birth. Samira mostly stays still, just staring. Despite being taken to the Upazila Health Complex for medical consultation, she has not received any significant advanced treatment.
Samira lives in a family of four, including her parents and an elder sister. Her father works as a day laborer, struggling to provide for the family with his limited income. Due to financial constraints, accessing specialized care for Samira has been difficult.
Currently, Samira is receiving medical support through the UHCD Foundation. However, her family is seeking further assistance to ensure she gets the advanced treatment she needs to improve her condition. They appeal to everyone for support, hoping that Samira can receive the proper care and lead a better life.
