At the age of 11, Oishe’s life is filled with constant challenges that most children never have to face. Born with multiple disabilities, she cannot walk, speak, or sit. Seizures come unexpectedly, adding further complications to her already difficult life. Her father, who works as a day laborer, has done everything in his power to care for Oishe and her younger sister. But the family’s financial constraints have left them with little access to the medical care Oishe needs. Her father’s love and determination are not enough to overcome the lack of resources, and without proper care, Oishe’s future looks bleak. Every day, the pain of watching his daughter suffer is something no parent should ever have to endure.
