Lamia, a 14-year-old girl from Bakerganj, Barishal, faces daily challenges due to Global Developmental Delay. She has difficulty hearing, which makes it hard for her to understand and communicate. Despite these challenges, she attends Barishal Autism School, where she works hard to learn and grow.
Each day, Lamia wakes up early and gets ready for school. She enjoys spending time with her classmates, but her hearing impairment often makes it difficult. She relies heavily on visual cues and lip-reading to understand what's happening around her.
After school, Lamia likes to relax at home. She enjoys listening to music and watching television. She also cherishes spending time with her family. However, her limited communication skills can sometimes make it difficult for her to express her thoughts and feelings fully.
