He is Nisan Ali. He is 13 years and 5 months old. In Speech Delay and Learning Disability
infected Nisan had seizures after birth. Didn't cry much after birth. He cried after seeing the doctor. Then she did not stop crying, she cried excessively. After birth, day by day, he started suffering from various problems. Nisan crawled at 8 months and learned to sit at 1 year 8 months. Learned to walk at age 2, learned to speak at age 3.
Currently, Nisan cannot walk or talk properly. Nisan's mother says her problem was noticed from the age of 3. He felt different from other children. So we went to the doctor and the doctor called him a special needs child.
His father is a low income person so we cannot treat him well. We expect good treatment for him from you (UHCD).
Needless to say, we have to face a lot of problems due to his physical problems. On the one hand the financial problem is on the other hand the cost behind it. We have to struggle in daily life. Due to his condition, I could not take him to a good hospital and could not see a good doctor
