Lets meet with Mst.Yasmin Khatun
In the quiet village of Chapainawabganj, Bangladesh, nine-year-old Yasmin Khatun faces daily challenges that set her apart from other children. Yasmin is unable to speak and lives with mental disabilities that limit her understanding of the world around her. She also struggles with an issue in her left eye and exhibits minimal awareness of her surroundings. Tragically, Yasmin’s inability to recognize her family members and her tendency to follow strangers puts her at constant risk.
Yasmin’s condition has kept her out of school, leaving her isolated from opportunities to learn and grow. Her father, a mason earning just 400 taka a day, works tirelessly to provide for their family, but his income barely covers basic necessities. The family’s financial constraints mean they cannot afford the specialized medical care and therapy Yasmin urgently needs.
Despite these challenges, Yasmin’s family holds onto hope for her future. They dream of a day when she can live a safer, happier life with the care and support she deserves.
Your kindness can make this dream a reality. With your help, Yasmin can receive the medical attention and therapy she needs to overcome her challenges and find her way to a brighter, more fulfilling life. Together, we can bring hope and change to Yasmin’s world.
