Lets meet with Doli Khatun
Doli Khatun, an 11-year-old girl from Fatehpur, Chapainawabganj, Bangladesh, faces the challenges of right-sided hemiparesis. Her right leg is weaker, unable to bend at the knee, making tasks like walking or balancing a daily struggle. Even reaching for objects tests her coordination and strength. These limitations often keep Doli from fully participating in school and daily activities, though her determination shines through.
Her mother provides constant care, helping Doli with her education and personal needs, while her father, Shahadat Hossain, works abroad to support the family. Despite these challenges, Doli finds joy in small moments—watching her mother cook, drawing with her brother's help, and expressing herself through art.
Doli’s family dreams of providing her with specialized therapies to improve her balance, coordination, and muscle control. These treatments could help her achieve greater independence and navigate the world with confidence. Your support can empower Doli to overcome her limitations, giving her the chance to explore her potential and pursue her dreams.
