Four-year-old Md. Jihad Hasan is tender and soft-spoken as he confronts the world silently. Because of severe physical challenges, Jihad cannot move, talk, or experiment like other children of his age. He cannot use his legs- neither for walking nor for standing. Yet, his eyes showed a silent plea of longing to see simple childhood wonders that he has yet to realize. Jihad's father is a hardworking farmer who dedicates himself to supporting the family, but they live with limited means and cannot afford the specialized care or therapies Jihad needs. His mother, too, devotes herself to his care, giving him all the love she can. But in their modest home, hope is often shadowed by the reality of financial hardship. To Jihad, even small things in life may mean everything. Your support can mean opening doors to treatment and therapies that may bring new comfort and possibilities into his life. In fact, by joining our hands to help this young man Jihad, we give him a chance to know the world around him and for his family to make his journey bright.
