He is Mosaraf Ali. His age is 14 years and 5 months. Mosaraf is suffering from intellectual disability. Mosaraf had convulsions and colds after birth. Didn't cry much after birth. Mosaraf started suffering from various problems day by day after birth. Mosaraf crawled at 10 months and learned to sit at 1 year. Learned to walk at the age of 1 year 5 months, learned to speak at the age of 3 years. Currently, Mosaraf cannot walk or speak properly. Mosaraf's mother says that his problem is understood from the age of 3. He felt different from other children. So we went to the doctor and the doctor called him a special needs child. His father is a low income person so we cannot treat him well. We expect good treatment for him from you (UHCD). Needless to say, we have to face a lot of problems due to his physical problems.
