His name is Rifat Ali Ruba. His age is 16 years and 5 months. In Rifat Physical Disability
infected Rifat had seizures after birth. Didn't cry much after birth. He cried after seeing the doctor. Then she stopped crying and cried excessively. After birth, day by day he started suffering from various problems. Rifat crawled at 10 months and learned to sit at 1 year 8 months. Learned to walk at age 3, learned to speak at age 4.
Currently, Rifat cannot walk properly and cannot speak. Sumaya's mother said her problem was visible from 6 months of birth. He felt different from other children. So we went to the doctor and the doctor called him a special needs child.
His father is a low income person so we cannot treat him well. We expect good treatment for him from you (UHCD).
