Born with a physical disability and a history of seizures, his journey has been one of struggle, yet his resilience and the unwavering support of his family keep hope alive.\r\n\r\nShortly after birth, Rifat experienced seizures and didn\u2019t cry much, a worrying sign for his parents. When he finally cried after seeing the doctor, the crying became excessive, adding to their concerns. As the months passed, his parents noticed delays in his development.\r\n\r\nAt 10 months, Rifat began crawling. He learned to sit at 1 year and 8 months, walk at the age of 3, and speak at 4. While these milestones brought relief, his progress remained slow. Over time, his ability to walk and speak deteriorated, leaving him unable to perform these tasks properly today.\r\n\r\nHis mother recalls noticing differences in Rifat\u2019s behavior when he was just 6 months old. Concerned, the family sought medical advice, and after examinations, doctors diagnosed Rifat as a special needs child with physical disabilities.\r\n\r\nRifat\u2019s father, a low-income worker, has struggled to afford the specialized care and treatments his son requires. His mother devotes her time to caring for him, but their financial struggles have made access to proper medical attention nearly impossible.\r\n\r\nHoping for a better future, the family has turned to United Health Care for the Disabled (UHCD) for financial assistance. They dream of Rifat receiving the medical treatments and therapies he needs to improve his mobility and communication skills.\r\n\r\nHis mother shares, \u201cDue to his condition, we face many challenges in our daily lives. The financial burden is overwhelming, and we haven\u2019t been able to take him to a good hospital or consult a specialist. We hope for help to give him the chance for a better life.\u201d\r\n\r\nRifat\u2019s journey is one of perseverance, strengthened by his family\u2019s unconditional love.
