He is Rahmat Ali. Her age is 1 year and 10 months. Rahmat is suffering from Physical Disability. Rahmat had convulsions and colds after birth. Rahmat started suffering from various problems day by day after birth. Rahmat crawled at 6 months and learned to sit at 1 year. Learned to walk at the age of 1 year and 5 months, now learns to say father and mother. Currently, Rahmat cannot walk or talk properly. Rahmat's mother said that his problem was visible from 4 months of birth. He felt different from other children. So we went to the doctor and the doctor called him a special needs child. His father is a low income person so we cannot treat him well. We expect good treatment for him from you (UHCD)
