Currently, Mahadi struggles with frequent mood swings, aggression, and difficulty communicating. He doesn’t make eye contact or respond to others, and his tendency to harm himself—hurting his hands and feet—has become a distressing issue for his family. His behavior presents significant challenges, making it difficult for Mahadi to engage with those around him. Despite these difficulties, Mahadi’s family is dedicated to providing him with the care he needs, but they face financial constraints that make accessing the necessary treatments and therapies a challenge.
