Lets meet with Rifat
At 14 years and 5 months old, Rifat’s world is one of silence and stillness. Born with Cerebral Palsy, his journey has been defined by struggles that no child should ever have to endure.
His challenges began the moment he entered this world. Seizures followed his birth, and by the time he was just three months old, his parents knew something was wrong. When they took him to the doctor, their worst fears were confirmed—Rifat was diagnosed as a child with special needs.
Now, at 14, he cannot stand, walk, or speak. His voice remains unheard except by the ones who love him most—his parents, who have learned to interpret his silent emotions, his unspoken words, and his longing for a life beyond these limitations.
His mother’s heart aches every day.
“I see other children his age going to school, studying, playing, building dreams for the future… but my son can’t do any of that,” she says, her voice breaking. “His father works hard, but his income is too little. We cannot afford a good hospital or the specialists who could help him improve.”
Their financial struggles weigh heavily on them, but even in their pain, they hold on to hope—hope that Rifat can receive the medical care he needs, that his condition can improve, that he can experience even a small part of the childhood he deserves.
