Lets meet with Rifat
He is Rifat. He is 14 years and 5 months old. Rifat is suffering from Cerebral Palsy. Rifat had seizures after birth. At the age of 3 months he was seen by a doctor when his physical condition seemed to deteriorate and the doctor called him a child with special needs. Rifat is currently unable to stand, walk, or speak. Only parents can tell.
Rifat's mother says his father is a man of low income. Our financial problems are obvious. I can't take him to a good hospital, I can't see a good doctor for his physical improvement. Children of his age go to school, study, play sports, but he is not able to do anything. We are very saddened to see this. Request you (UHCD) to do something for her physical improvement.
