Seizures followed his birth, and by the time he was two years old, his parents grew more worried. When they finally took him to the doctor, they were met with heartbreaking news\u2014Sakibul was a child with special needs.\r\n\r\nNow, at 11, he is unable to walk, stand, or speak. His voice remains unheard except by the ones who love him most\u2014his parents, who have learned to understand his unspoken words, his silent cries, and his quiet moments of longing.\r\n\r\nHis mother\u2019s heart breaks a little more each day.\r\n\r\n\u201cI see other children his age going to school, playing, laughing\u2026 but my son can\u2019t do any of that,\u201d she says with tears in her eyes. \u201cHis father works hard, but his income is too small. We cannot afford to take Sakibul to a good hospital or a specialist who could help him improve.\u201d\r\n\r\nDespite their struggles, they have never lost hope. They dream of a day when Sakibul can receive the care he needs\u2014a chance to move, to communicate, to live with dignity.
