At birth, there were no visible signs of his condition. However, as time passed, his parents noticed differences in his development. Unlike other newborns, Bishal did not cry much at first. However, after seeing a doctor, he suddenly burst into tears and continued crying excessively. Over the months, his struggles became more apparent, and his development slowed significantly.\r\n\r\nBishal first crawled at seven months, learned to sit at one year and eight months, took his first steps at the age of two, and began speaking at three years old. Despite these milestones, his progress remained delayed, and over time, his ability to walk and talk properly deteriorated. Today, Bishal faces significant mobility and speech difficulties, making even the simplest daily activities challenging.\r\n\r\nHis mother recalls that by the time Bishal was three months old, she sensed something was different. Concerned, they visited a doctor, who diagnosed him as a special needs child. Since then, his family has done everything they can to support him, but their financial struggles have made it nearly impossible to provide the medical care and therapy he urgently needs.\r\n\r\nBishal\u2019s father, a low-income worker, does his best to provide for the family, but the cost of medical treatment remains beyond their reach. \"We want the best treatment for him,\" his mother says, \"but due to our financial condition, we haven't been able to take him to a good hospital or consult the right specialists.\"\r\n\r\nEvery day is a battle, not only against Bishal\u2019s physical challenges but also against the financial burden that weighs heavily on the family.
