He is Abdul Maruf Bishal. His age is 16 years and 6 months. Bishal is suffering from Cerebral Palsy. After the birth of Bishal, no such problem was noticed. Didn't cry much after birth. He cried after seeing the doctor. Then she stopped crying and cried excessively. After birth, day by day he started suffering from various problems. Bishal crawled at 7 months and learned to sit at 1 year 8 months. Learned to walk at the age of 2, learned to speak at the age of 3.
At this moment Bishal can neither walk nor talk properly. Bishal's mother says that her problem can be understood from 3 months after birth. He felt different from other children. So we went to the doctor and the doctor called him a special needs child.
His father is a low income person so we cannot treat him well. We expect good treatment for him from you (UHCD).
