Lets meet with Md.Rafat Hossain

Meet Rafat Hossain, a 4-year-old boy living with Down Syndrome. His journey has been filled with challenges since birth. Shortly after he was born, Rafat experienced seizures and excessive crying. Over time, he faced developmental delays. He crawled at 7 months, learned to sit at 1 year and 8 months, walked at 2 years, and began speaking at 3 years old. Today, Rafat struggles to walk and talk properly. His family first noticed his condition when he was 6 months old and sought medical advice. Doctors diagnosed Rafat as a special needs child. Rafat’s father, a low-income worker, finds it extremely difficult to afford the medical care Rafat urgently requires. His mother, who is his primary caregiver, highlights the financial and emotional struggles they face daily. Despite their best efforts, they have been unable to provide him with the specialized treatment and support he needs. With the help of the UHCD Foundation, Rafat’s family hopes to access better medical care and improve his quality of life. They earnestly appeal for your kind support to ensure Rafat gets the care he deserves. Together, we can help Rafat and his family overcome these challenges and create a brighter future for him.

Your $29 monthly gift will give Him access to life-changing education programs, crucial health and dental services, life skills, and more. At UHCD Foundation, we believe empowering disabled children can break the cycle of poverty for their families, their community and the next generation.
