Lets meet with Hamid Shaharia
Hamid Sharia is a 1-year-10-month-old child suffering from physical disability, epilepsy, and learning disabilities. After birth, he experienced convulsions and fever, and over time, his health complications continued to grow.
Hamid reached developmental milestones later than expected. He started crawling at 8 months and learned to sit at 1 year. At 1 year and 5 months, he managed to walk, and he has now started to speak. However, he still struggles with walking and talking properly.
Hamid's mother noticed differences in him from as early as 4 months of age. Concerned about his development, the family consulted a doctor, who identified Hamid as a special needs child. Due to financial limitations, his father, a low-income worker, has been unable to provide the necessary treatment for him.
The family is facing significant hardships, balancing daily expenses alongside Hamid’s medical needs. Their limited financial means have prevented them from seeking proper medical care. They earnestly seek support from organizations like UHCD to provide Hamid with the medical attention he urgently requires.
