He is Hamid Sharia. Her age is 1 year and 10 months. Hamid is suffering from Physical Disability Epilepsy and Learning Disability. Hamid had convulsions and fever after birth. After Hamid was born, he started suffering from various problems day by day. Hamid crawled at 8 months and learned to sit at 1 year. Learned to walk at the age of 1 year 5 months, now learned to speak. Hamid can't walk or talk properly. Hamid's mother says that his problem can be understood from 4 months of birth. He felt different from other children. So we went to the doctor and the doctor called him a special needs child. His father is a low income person so we cannot treat him well.
