Lets meet with Nur Mohammad
Nur Mohammad is only ten years old, but he already knows what it means to face challenges. His world isn’t clear like most children’s—it’s fuzzy, full of shadows and shifting light. From a young age, Nur has struggled with significant vision problems, and a thick pair of glasses has become a constant companion on his small face.
But where others might see limitation, Nur finds a different kind of freedom.
He is full of energy—always moving, always curious. Sitting still is difficult for him. Concentrating on one task for too long feels like trying to catch the wind. Yet behind that restless energy lies a bright and sharp mind. Nur's cognition is strong. He understands quickly, learns fast, and sees the world in ways others might miss.
One of Nur’s greatest gifts is his love for drawing. With a pencil in hand, he becomes calm, focused, and joyful. His drawings are full of life—skies swirling with birds, homes with wide open doors, and people with kind smiles. It’s as if through his art, Nur is showing the world how he sees it: not just with eyes, but with heart and imagination.
At home, life isn’t easy. His mother often speaks with quiet worry. Both Nur and his sibling live with disabilities, and the burden on the family is heavy. Their father, a van driver, works tirelessly every day, but the income barely covers the basics—let alone the medical care both children desperately need.
Despite their love and dedication, the family struggles. The cost of proper treatment, regular checkups for Nur’s vision, and support for both children remains out of reach.
“We want our children to have a future,” Nur’s mother says. “We want them to grow, to learn, to shine in their own way. But we can’t do it alone.”
Now, the family is seeking help—not just for survival, but for hope. They dream of a day when Nur can receive the medical support he needs, when he can draw with clear vision, and when both he and his sibling can thrive in a world that sees their potential.
Because behind those glasses, behind all the mischief and movement, is a boy with a big heart, a brilliant mind, and hands that turn imagination into art.
Nur Mohammad doesn’t just want to see the world clearly. He wants the world to see him—just as he is: creative, capable, and full of promise
