Despite these struggles, Nusrat continues to show incredible resilience.\r\n\r\nHer mother, speaking through tears, shared: \u201cMy husband is a van driver with a modest income. We already struggle to provide for our family, and now our two children face serious physical challenges. Should my husband focus on running the household or finding treatment for them?
