Mst. Rafiunnahar, a 5-year-old girl from Bamungao, Shibganj, Chapainawabganj, was born unable to hear or speak. Despite her disabilities, she is an intelligent and perceptive child who quickly understands actions and communication through gestures. She stands 42 inches tall and weighs 18 kilograms. Later it became evident that she has visual impairment in one eye.
Rafiunnahar is the youngest of three sisters in a family struggling to make ends meet. Her father, Md. Al-Amin, works as a mason, earning a modest income that barely covers their household expenses, let alone the cost of specialized treatment for his daughter. Her mother, Mst. Shabana, is a homemaker who dedicates her time to caring for Rafiunnahar and her siblings.
Currently, Rafiunnahar is receiving support from the UHCD Foundation, which provides her with essential medical care. However, her condition requires advanced treatment and therapies to help her achieve a better quality of life. The family is unable to afford the financial burden of such treatment and is appealing for support from kind-hearted individuals to ensure Rafiunnahar receives the care she deserves.
