Mst. Rojina Khatun, a 3-year-8-month-old girl from Paharpur, Mallikpur, Nachol, Chapainawabganj, is a child with a cerebral palsy and epilepsy . She lacks strength in her lower body, which has severely impacted her ability to walk and thus perform everyday activities. Tragically, her father, Md. Babu Ali, abandoned her and her mother due to her health conditions, leaving Rozina in the care of her maternal grandparents.
Rojina now resides with her grandfather, Bishu Mondal, a farmer, and her grandmother. Bishu’s meager income barely covers their household expenses, let alone the medical costs for Rozina’s treatment. Despite his determination, Bishu’s deteriorating health adds to their challenges, making it nearly impossible for the family to provide the advanced care that Rozina desperately needs.
Currently, Rojina is receiving medical support from the UHCD Foundation, which has been a ray of hope for her family. However, her condition requires more comprehensive treatment to ensure she can regain strength and live a normal life. Her family is appealing to kind-hearted individuals for support to secure advanced medical care for Rozina. They dream of seeing her overcome her challenges and live a life filled with possibilities and happiness.
